Betsson has inked a significant sponsorship agreement with the renowned Argentinian football organization, Boca Juniors. Effective immediately, the partnership designates Betsson as a primary collaborator until the close of 2024.
The alliance was launched at a gathering graced by Boca Juniors’ chairman, Jorge Amor Ameal, Betsson’s chief executive, Jesper Svensson, chief commercial officer, Ronni Hartvig, and Maximiliano Bellio, the director of Betsson Argentina.
Supporters will catch their initial peek at the updated uniforms, prominently showcasing Betsson’s emblem on the front, during Boca Juniors’ approaching Copa Libertadores clash against Monagas on June 29th. The Betsson branding will be visible on both the male and female team attire for all national and global tournaments.
“This collaboration with Boca Juniors enables us to engage with one of the most emblematic sporting entities in Latin America, a territory where we are experiencing swift expansion,” remarked Betsson’s CEO, Jesper Svensson, emphasizing the strategic significance of the arrangement. He further commended Boca Juniors’ illustrious past, referencing the club’s legendary connection with Diego Maradona.
Ronni Hartvig, the Betsson Group’s CCO, reiterated these sentiments, deeming the partnership “a substantial landmark” for Betsson’s growth within the area.
