The iconic musical group Chicago partnered with Hard Rock Casino to give a substantial $10,000 contribution to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
Prior to performing for a sold-out crowd at the Etess Arena in Atlantic City, the musicians connected with Hard Rock Atlantic City President Joe Lupo. They provided him with a check to assist the Food Bank’s crucial efforts in combating hunger.
This gift arrives just as the Food Bank launches its “300,000 Meal Challenge,” a major initiative to supply meals to those experiencing food insecurity throughout South Jersey. In addition to food, the charity also aids families with necessities like diapers, feminine hygiene items, and even backs college students struggling with hunger.
A consistent advocate for the Food Bank, Joe Lupo conveyed his appreciation for Chicago’s charitable act, stating, “Hard Rock Atlantic City is privileged to back the Community Food Bank of New Jersey…and we are grateful to the members of Chicago for dedicating time to understanding this critical need within our community.”
This display of giving back is just one illustration of Hard Rock’s commitment to their community. They’ve also recently shared news of exciting happenings like a Janet Jackson memorabilia display and sale, demonstrating their dedication to both entertainment and civic duty.
Keith Shelton, a high-ranking executive at Hard Rock International, expressed great enthusiasm about hosting this remarkable tribute to the unparalleled Janet Jackson at the Hard Rock Hotel. He believes it will be a memorable occasion for all those fortunate enough to attend.
